Design Spotlight Art
Advanced Character Design in 2013 at Gnomon. Kalden is a character from my original series Destiny of the Marked. He's a master of magical arts, a little crazy, secretive and a bookworm. i decided to go asymmetrical to give him a disruptive look and the side cape making him feel like he's hiding something - a limp leg - among other things. He's dressed in regal coloring (purple hues) because he is also very proper and always in control of what he says and in what emotions he shows.

I'm currently revamping the concept designs under the name "Vasilissa and the Firebird". I wanted to look at more explorations of design of shape language and designs of Russian peasant clothing.

An original design for my Russian Folklore concept at Gnomon character design class with Jason Michael Hall in 2013. The final render on the right was a re-paint a year later. No word on publishing has been sent my way for a while.

CGMA Character Costume Design December 2013 Instructor: Bjorn Hurri Design was based off of Eskimo tribes in the cold northern Asian countries. The side profile was not required and I never got around to fully rendering it.
A redesign of a character concept originally done in 2013 at Gnomon. The concept series was called Solance Redemption: a supernatural western thriller. Charli is one of the lead characters and in recent months, I decided to design her to look at more variations than I originally had.

I decided to create a scene of Romans coming to siege the Greek Goddess in her war room at the Parthenon and capture her, taking her as their own, transforming her into the Roman counterpart, Minerva.
