Symbiotic creatures designed and sculpted for Creature modeling - the little critters live and clean the big draft animal.
Make a animal caricature of a celebrity - Ian Mckellen Owl!
A creature based off a hinkypunk or will of the whisp -- the idea is that this creature can hold water and use electric eel like currents in it's body to produce fog, concealing itself, save for the angler fish like antennae that will lure travelers into it's fog where it will eat them.
Quick elephant warm up sculpt for creature modeling
We were given a region of the world to find a mask - I had Norwegian/ Northern areas - and create a creature that might have been inspiring that mask. It's some weird puffin bear sloth.
First week was a skeleton of an animal - platypus of course!

Term 3: Fall 2017
First time modeling a car and learning new modeling technique for hard surface. Getting those flat shinny smooth surfaces is quite difficult to learn! Pretty happy how the impala came out. Planning on texturing it with Mari for the hard surface texturing class term 4. And yes I modeled an impala because I'm a fan of supernatural! Thanks Eric for measuring your "baby" for me to try to get as correct scale wise as I could!
Hard surface 2 final. Concept by Robert Chew (lots of animal robots from him!). This drone is a water rescue robot. Really cool design and turned out much harder than I thought initially starting out. Whew. Maya I really want to texture this guy as well. He's all UV'd up!
"Hero Shot" for my Xhozu Creature for digital sculpting class. Only have used zbrush once before this, so I learned a lot. A xhozu is a swamp dwelling large rodent (size of an Quakka). I wanted to have something that could exist in the same world as my cottage from term 2 and the creature will collecting things for the apothecary witch that lives there. Everything was done in Zbrush (Hair, Texture, Sculpt) and then photo edited in Photoshop using the passes exported from Zbrush.

Final for surface modeling class. Had to do this in two weeks using the techniques taught all term and with nurbs. Definitely a learning experience if I ever....
